Ian

Meet little Ian. Almost two weeks old and oh so perfect!
I drove down to Tucson for this session and it was so great to spend the afternoon with this family.
Ian's mom, Viviane, is also from Brazil and prepared the most delicious brazilian meal for us. Thank you so much, Vivi! The left over pao-de-queijo didn't even make it to the end of your street :)
Sorry, food always distracts me. Back to the pictures. A close-up of his perfectness. If that's not a real word, it should be, because that's the only way to describe this:
and this would be perfection:
I'm running out of words... How about... perfectly gorgeous family:

This melts my heart:
Is that a smile?
Seriously! How cute can one be!?!!
I had to post this next picture for three reasons:
1. These are Ian's dad's, David, old shoes (which makes it really really special and therefore blog-worthy)
2. They say RUFF STUFF in the back (which made me smile and I hope it makes you smile)
3. My husband couldn't stop laughing as he pointed out to me that even during a newborn session I find a way to photograph shoes (and I thought that might make you laugh too).
Vivi and David, thanks again so so much! You guys are so great! I wish we lived closer as I have a feeling we would be BFFs :) I hope I get to see you all again really soon.

Beth & Matt

I met Beth and Matt this last Thursday at the Desert Botanical Gardens. They wanted to do their session there since they have a lot of out-of-town guests and they wanted to show off the natural Arizona beauty. I hope I did it justice.

Isn't this soooo pretty?
LOVE:

This one is for Beth's sister:
I never knew artichokes were so pretty! I actually kinda feel bad for eating them now. Wouldn't it be cool to do a centerpiece using these:
Beth & Matt, thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness. Not to mention your super laid-back and fun attitude. I had a great time with you guys and even learned a thing or two about artichokes. You guys are great and I'm really looking forward to the wedding! I hope you enjoy these :)

Kristina & Brian

One of my cousins who's one of my faithful blog readers asked me a few weeks back if I really do love my clients and have as much fun as I say I do on my blog and I answered her: "Absolutely!". However, the truth is, sometimes I feel like I don't even have the words to adequately express just how much!  Which happens to be the case with Kristina and Brian. But you don't have to believe my words. Just take a look at these photos and I hope you will be able to tell  just how much fun they are as well as what beautiful people they are inside and out:
They both really enjoy cooking and drinking wine, so this is how we started their session:

Very hot:

Then we headed outside after a quick wardrobe change:
My favorite image of the day:

How many favorites can I have?

Beautiful!:
Brian trying to show off his juggling skills:
"She thinks your are super delicious". I love that T-Mobile commercial and this picture made me think of that line. If you don't know what I'm talking about. Click here.

Kristina said she felt more serious after changing into black. Love this look:

Back to having some serious fun:

A little racing fun:
It was so nice to meet you both. Thank you for the wonderful afternoon :)
